Made with 100% sheep milk and a minimum maturation of 120 days,its paste is slightly straw-coloured, with small holes. The flavor is intense and slightly spicy.
Matured Pecorino Toscano DOP is suitable both for table consumption and as a grated or tasty ingredient to enrich traditional Tuscan and Italian culinary dishes.
It is available in whole wheel of abt kg 2.4. each or in pieces of abt g 600 each.
