BRUSCHETTA with POMOPEDIA PISTACHO PESTO
Arrange a slice of mozzarella on a slice of bread and leave in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Once ready, spred POMOPEDIA Pistachio Pesto on it, add a slice of smoked salmon on top and then garnish with chopped pistachios.

Arrange a slice of mozzarella on a slice of bread and leave in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Once ready, spread POMOPEDIA Basil Pesto and garnish with tomatoes

Heat a slice of bread in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Once ready, spread some robiola cheese, add POMOPEDIA Sicilian Pesto and garnish with sliced black olives.
